Health Data Architect, Lead

Your experience working with the challenges of the health domain have exposed you to complexities of data, privacy and ethics, and healthcare policy. You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with technical healthcare data architecture, design, and modeling
  • Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) integrating and processing structured and unstructured datasets in relational databases, including SQL and Postgres
  • Experience with taking complex and nebulous requests and distilling them into clear and actionable requirements
  • Experience with program or project management functions and communications
  • Ability to be a self-starter, take the lead, and provide support in a team role within a complex, fast-paced, and cross-disciplinary work environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with managing technical teams, including supporting Agile sprints, reporting progress, and communicating to leadership
  • Experience with patient, provider, and payer data modeling, ETL design, integration, and analysis
  • Experience with using Cloud environments for data management, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Ability to display flexibility, initiative, and innovation when dealing with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
  • Ability to develop and manage client relationships
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and consulting skills
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
