Facebook is seeking a Benefits Health Program Manager to develop and manage our employee health programs. Life@ is our mission to take care of our people while you're bringing the world closer together. This includes creating programs to help people manage their health. The Health offerings in Life@ help to improve people’s lives as well as redefine and shape how the marketplace looks at health programs. We are looking for an individual that has in depth experience in both designing, measuring and marketing health programs while constantly striving to innovate beyond traditional benefit solutions.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead innovation and design of health programs.

  2. Identify and partner with our Life@ Health team on health integration opportunities.

  3. Manage complex escalations requiring interpretation of plan designs and contracts.

  4. Provide strategic guidance ensuring compliance efforts, audits of data, processes and policies are executed.

  5. Manage on-going market surveys and benchmarking analysis.

  6. Design/Create health program solutions focusing on: Is it solving the customer need? Is it scalable? How does it maximize productivity and engagement? What is the impact to the business? Does it represent an innovative solution to a tough challenge? Is the marketing and distribution creating impact? Does it have success measures?

  7. Assemble and build strong partnerships cross-functionally.

  8. Significantly influence new and existing design improvements with strategic vendor relationships and internal teams.

  9. Develop and analyze key performance metrics and make recommendations to enhance, maintain, or eliminate programs based on this data.

  10. Develop communication and market new programs.

  11. Impact and influence others at all levels in the organization and maintain effective relationships with external partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years’ experience in health benefits strategy and design.

  2. Analytical and problem solving skills and ability to use data to drive recommendations.

  3. Project management and process improvement experience.

  4. Ability to work independently and lead projects involving various groups / locations / vendors.

  5. Benefits vendor management experience.

  6. BA/BS degree or equivalent benefit experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Networking capabilities both inside and outside organization.

  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.

  3. Communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Organization skills and detail oriented.
