  • Manager of a team of Technical Specialists and Technology Managers

  • Strategy alignment with the Key Account Directors and Marketing Senior Management to meet the strategic targets for all business area and to effectively execute our process and technology strategy and tactics
  • Definition and implementation of a performance and economical technical support strategy for the Global Key Account Management
  • Implementation of global marketing strategies/campaigns within the Key Account Management
  • Ensuring high and state-of-the-art knowledge of all technical specialists towards all internal products and technologies as well as main customer applications

Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company

  • University or specialized college degree in Life Science preferably biotechnology, process engineering, biology, biochemistry or similar education
  • Several years of experience in leading of multi-cultural and international teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Sartorius bioprocess portfolio and how this portfolio can best be used to help optimize a client’s process in development
  • Ability to think and act in a customer-focused way
  • Excellent people-contact skills, ability to motivate others, highly flexible
  • High willingness to travel internationally
