Team Size: 14-17 people

Job Purpose:

  • To align the Sales Function to Organization's Vision
  • To acquire new accounts and manage existing relationship in order to achieve the Revenue targets for the year
  • To enhance Organization's footprint across international locations
  • To lead the Sales Function at a tactical and strategic level

Key Deliverables:

  • To design the sales plan by forecasting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • To explore opportunities of strategic partnerships to enter new markets and domains
  • To leverage cross selling & up selling opportunities in existing customers
  • To track competition presence through market intelligence
  • To constantly conduct market analysis, evaluate trends and propose actions to align the organizational strategy
  • To be profitable while achieving business revenue and customer targets
  • To enable sales team in achieving their personal and professional goals with proper training and coaching

Required Competencies:

  • Must have proven business development experience in consultative sales of IT Services & Solutions. Specifically, towards Enterprise Solutions for IT Product Companies and ISVs.
  • Good at Team Management, Mentoring and Coaching
  • Deep understanding and passion for technology
  • Proven ability in Sales planning, Financial & Business acumen and Operational excellence
  • Must be sensitive towards across geography cultures

Salary

$100K - $150K
