Dataiku is a software vendor in its hyper growth phase, with rapidly expanding customer base and sales activity. The time has come for a talented Head of Sales Operations to come and join the team to support the scale-up, streamlining and execution of the tools, processes and data leveraged by the sales team. The Head of Sales Operations is the person responsible not only for sales related systems, data and processes to work, but more importantly to vastly improve them to expand the overall efficiency of the sales teams.



What you'll do: Deliver forecasts and performance metrics to sales executive and top managers to help ensure a thorough understanding of the sales activities and drive tactical and strategic decisions. Work with marketing and sales managers to define and implement the optimal lead and sales processes. Own the sales technology stack, such as Salesforce and Outreach, along the vast amount of data they contain to provide the Dataiku team the best tool and information to address the market. Work jointly with the finance and legal teams on deal desk activities. Sync with Sales Enablement team to ensure proper adoption of tools and processes. Drive territory and compensation modeling activities. Design most of the above and ensure the continuous, accurate and sustainable execution of all of them. Set up and manage the team to do all of that!

Requirements:

  • Significant (3+ years) experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable in build and operate modeWilling to actually do the work as well as overseeing it
  • Strong knowledge of CRMs/sales stack solutionsEnthusiastic problem solver, able to both understand the challenges of other stakeholders and secure understanding/buy-in for suggested solutions
  • Organized project manager knowing how to prioritize heterogenous tasks
  • Preferably based in New-York (London and Paris may also be possible)
  • Knowledge of the analytics software space is a plus
