WHY THIS JOB:
This middle-market bank has grown assets, deposits and fee income double digits annually over the last several years. This is highly profitable bank with a peer leading balance sheet and no regulatory issues. Bank is investing in a large transformation to double assets in a 7-10 year period.
Lead planning, scheduling and management of large-scale, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional project/program efforts enterprise-wide. Projects could be technology-based, operational excellence focused, and business transformational, and will include process re-engineering and controls and governance enhancement.
This position influences the project management methodology employed by the bank. Be responsible for the growth, development and management of the PMO organization.
· Execute on complex strategic, technical and operational projects across multiple lines of business lines,
· Leverage project management techniques and tools, as well as multiple development methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid, etc.) to adhere to budget, schedule and quality objectives.
· Collaborate closely with lines of business on customer acquisition, customer experience, product, technical, information security, and risk and compliance to design, build and implement appropriate solutions to solve business needs.
REQUIREMENTS: 10 years relevant experience in project and/or program management in the financial services industry. Recent experience working in a bank (Commercial, Retail, Wealth Management, etc.). PMP certification and higher degreepreferred.
REWARD: Up to $240, in base salary, plus short and long-term cash bonus.
