As the Head of Product Management CX you will relentlessly push the envelope in our journey to improve the customer experience across Mobile and PC., You will lead a team of Product Managers and define, own, and deliver multiple initiatives and tech products. The ideal candidate has a broad skill set including analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, strategic conceptualization skills, strong negotiations skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world-class shopping experience for our customers. You will work with business and tech teams of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent the team. This person must also be customer-obsessed with strong self-motivation and project/product management skills.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
Lead and own the product and tech roadmap to improve the Amazon Global CX
Lead a team of Senior Product Managers and Technical Product Managers
Set SMART goals that help us improve the customers’ journey while shopping on Amazon
Own relationship with internal and external tech and business teams around the globe
Think big and invent new meaningful ways to improve CX

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of team management experience and Product Management experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation skills
Track record of hiring & developing high-performing teams
Demonstrated success leading project delivery for large, cross functional programs
Strong organizational planning and development skills
Demonstrated success growing a business, market planning/analysis, and opportunity identification
Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
Experience with Localization/Internationalization, tailoring customer experiences to specific and local customer needs
Experience and track record of delivering features and products at scale
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Experience shipping new products and leading the definition and implementation of a product roadmap for a consumer service or product
Experience with conducting and commissioning customer research
