What is the Head of Partnerships role?
The Head of Partnerships will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for defining our partnerships strategy and creating custom plans for landing key clients with the biggest companies in the healthcare industry. You'll be responsible for everything from sourcing new opportunities, leading complex negotiations with healthcare insurers, continuous account management, and working closely alongside internal product teams to execute on implementation plans. You're passionate about Mindstrong's opportunity to make enormous strides in mental health and know how to leverage your well-established industry relationships into mutually advantageous partnerships. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset with an awareness of marketplace trends, as well as a proven track record of landing deals within the healthcare landscape.
