The Facebook Publisher Solutions SMB team is responsible for growth of the Audience Network by onboarding high quality developers across world. The marketing leader is responsible for leading a team of developer communications managers, campaign managers and creative content producers to develop SMB focused content and narrative, direct response campaigns and enabling events and community work. He/she will be responsible for creating and executing a global marketing strategy for the Publisher Solutions SMB business based on marketing data, audience insights and industry knowledge. He/she will lead the communication of quarterly and annual marketing plans focused on driving new customer acquisition, to help drive acquisition, growth and retention of existing customers, optimization of product usage, and drive new product launches. 


  • Digital Marketing:
    • Define cross-channel digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition and account growth
    • Define marketing KPIs and deliver concise and powerful reporting and analysis of campaign impact
    • Manage and track channel marketing budget, ensuring cost effective implementation and optimal return
    • Oversee efficiency of campaign operations, including management of agency and vendor relationships
    • Identify scaled marketing methods to drive adoption of developer monetization solutions
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with close attention to detail and meeting short deadlines
    • Build and manage external partner relationships to drive scaled education of our product
  • Content Development:
    • Develop content strategy focused on creating narratives that articulate product value proposition for the small developer and publisher audience
    • Identify, prioritize and produce high quality deliverables for clear, consistent positioning and messaging across all channels
  • Audience Network:
    • Define a community strategy that strengthen relationships with key community influencers and drive positive developer sentiment for the Audience Network
    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to identify local community events, align on narratives, and drive product cross-sell

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters degree
  • Small Business Marketing experience
  • Agency and Vendor management experience
  • 7+ years of experience working in and leading teams in digital marketing, content marketing and community development with an emphasis on customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, ROI reporting and multi-touch attribution methodologies
  • Experience making product and business recommendations based on data driven analysis
  • Experience influencing and communicating cross-functionally across all levels of management
  • People management experience
