  • Develop, direct, plan and evaluate an integrated marketing strategy, as well as all marketing policies and programs to meet the organization's objectives and work to drive a more customer centric and integrated approach
  • Support the talent management processes through active leadership, coaching, recruiting and organizational development activity including talent review, training and cultivation of new leaders using available programs and tools
  • Maintain effective communication with executives and managers across the company to help ensure proposer sensitivity to the needs of the marketing unit
  • Manage content development, digital marketing (SEO/SEM), Eloqua campaigns, event marketing and direct mail efforts to successful achieve identified business and Marketing effectiveness objectives
  • Drive team to continuously evolve best-in-class marketing techniques; exposing the team to and establishing expectations for mastering new marketing techniques
  • Help ensure positive buyer and user experience with timely communications, consistent messaging and imaging across customer touchpoints to facilitate customer retention
  • Work with the Marketing and Product Analytics team to track, measure and assess all marketing program outcomes to meet sales and revenue targets, and help ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Works with the finance team to review, amend, analyze and report on expenditure as business requirements demand to help ensure effective budget management
  • Manage the analysis of campaign results to identify profitable offers and recommends modifications to Marketing Management Information campaign plans


  • Twelve + years of progressive B2B marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing and launching new and existing products, services and product lines
  • Adept at both new customer acquisition and retention
