Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Head of Human Resources will build and be responsible for the overall HR function, including talent acquisition, training, compensation benchmarking, benefits management, and performance management. The successful candidate will develop HR strategy, policies, and processes that will support and facilitate Urgently's continued growth and maturation. Demonstrated experience and success building a high-performing HR team in a high-growth environment will be necessary. The Head of Human Resources will partner with company leaders, advising them on HR matters and helping them attract and retain top talent.
Additionally, the Head of Human Resources will work closely with the CEO and company leaders to ensure that Urgently's "Partner and Customer First" culture remains the foundational core of the company and continues as the company expands into new markets and grows its talent base.<
