Your daily responsibilities include

-Run Cue Tracks as directed by Show Production Managers, Management for performances and rehearsals.

-Maintain cue track documentation and update to cues as needed.

-Maintain a flexible schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsals, training, maintenance and performances.

-Ensure equipment supplies are stocked and in good condition.  Keeping stock maintained for productions

-Adhere and promote OSHA regulations as they pertain to the show and theater.

-Observe safe wiring practices and maintain equipment in accordance to industry standards as well as manufacturers recommendations.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

Required:

-Ability to assess, maintain, and repair moving lights (VL series and Mac Series) as well as other electrical elements in the theater.

-Strong knowledge of AC/DC Theory.

-Ability or program, operate, and maintain GrandMA 2 full size as well as Hog lighting consoles.

-Must be able to lead and mentor a team.

-Ability to work with and provide assistance to other departments if necessary.

-OSHA 30 certified

 

Preferred:

-Strong knowledge in Time code and projection mapping

-Multi-lingual

-5 years experience in large theatrical production setting

-5 years programming and operating lighting consoles.
