Our product team is responsible for defining and building the sophisticated technology that efficiently connects our customers and local merchants. As part of the Digital team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver products that delight our users, scale our service, and ultimately transform the way goods are purchased and transported.


    • Collaborate with business leaders to make large-scale decisions that impact tens of thousands of customers, communities, and partners
    • Define the Delivery vision for 7-Eleven
    • Build and manage a team of PMs that will help you realize the vision
    • Deliver results by setting goals, priorities, and processes that align PMs, engineers, and operations across your team and the organization


    • 6+ years of product experience, 2+ years at the director level preferred
    • Experience in on-demand, commerce, or logistics preferred
    • Big vision thinking—you think 5-10 years ahead
    • Focus on scale—you have a proven track record of growing business 10-100x
    • Passion for reinventing commerce—you want to change how cities and commerce work
    • Analytical thinking—you use the right data to create pragmatic and effective solutions  
    • Great product intuition—you have a creative mind, an understanding of what makes a user experience good or bad, and a strong instinct for what people want or need
    • Leadership—you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity
    • Superb communication—you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume
    • Technical know-how—you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works
