Our client, a global media and entertainment company, is looking for a Head of Customer Engagement & Membership to join their team!
Most Days You:
- Dictate the strategy for the company's product offerings and services- reaching fans globally and consistently delivering on top quality games and programming across site and mobile
- Work with Marketing, Product, Development, Partnerships, Strategy, Finance, Legal and Creative teams to align vision for 360 customer engagement experience
- Oversee loyalty and rewards points, forecast growth and lead qualitative & quantitative research/insights that drive actionable results
- Leadership of a similar large scale initiative for a major brand- including launching, building out and growing a membership program containing loyalty and rewards initiatives across digital platforms, content, merchandise and more
- Experience in the lifestyle/ecommerce/media/entertainment space or similar
- History of success stories on driving omni-channel marketing & membership acquisition for major brands
- Entrepreneurial minded, C-level and stakeholder facing background with impeccable communications skills
- Customer Engagement or Partnerships work specifically in the media/sports vertical
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
