We are changing the hearing aid industry with a leading telehealth solution that streamlines the hearing care experience from user testing to product delivery - both for consumers and providers. We are looking for a Head of Business Development (B2B) to join our vibrant team and drive our partnership strategy across enterprise clients and physical retail. This candidate is responsible for establishing relationships with managed care organizations, insurers, employers, unions and other entities that address the +50 population. In tandem, this candidate will also close channel partnerships with retailers, pharmacies and the optical channel.
This role is ideal for a hands-on team builder with a strong business development and sales background, who loves leading ambitious individuals. Analytical problem-solvers that can think strategically, build relationships and succeed in closing deals - yet are willing to roll-up sleeves, get tactical and own a divisional P&L - will particularly enjoy this role.
