ComplyAdvantage is seeking a driven and experienced B2B performance marketing leader to partner with the sales organization and build and grow the sales pipeline in all of ComplyAdvantage’s core markets (U.S., EMEA, APAC). Reporting to the CMO, the Head of B2B Demand Gen and Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that increase traffic to the ComplyAdvantage website and generate inbound MQLs and SQLs. This role has multiple direct reports and is also responsible for overseeing the ComplyAdvantage website and email channel.
Since launching in 2014, we have been on a mission to neutralize the risk of money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, and other financial crime on a global scale. In that time, we have raised over $100m in funding, have four global hubs located in New York, London, Singapore and Cluj-Napoca and are backed by Ontario Teachers’, Index Ventures, Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs.

In addition to overseeing the website, digital marketing and demand gen, this director will manage pipeline efficiency, proactively recommending marketing activities to the regional marketing managers and the broader organization. The activities you recommend will optimize for inbound lead quality and relevance to targeted accounts as well as nurture activities to improve deal speed to close.
Performance B2B marketing expertise is a must. Familiarity with financial services, compliance and regulation and the fintech ecosystem is helpful.
