We need candidates that have experience selling BPO Services into the Healthcare space (payer/provider). They can have some Life Sciences experience, but the majority should be in Healthcare (at least 80% of their experience)
They would be selling into new as well as existing Healthcare clients (unlike MMU where it is just new). It's a mix of hunting & farming. This is an ISU role, they would be working with the BPO Horizontal team to sell into the HC clients
The goal is to eventually build a sales team under the Sales Head...as of now there are no reportees, but as the role picks up and more sales are coming, they will be helping to build out a sales team underneath them
Minimum of 18 years of experience in BPS Sales in US Healthcare Domain
1.Good domain knowledge in US Healthcare in various functional areas such as Healthcare Payer ,Healthcare, Healthcare PBM and Healthcare Distribution services.
2.Extensive proven track record in BPS sales role specific to US Geo working with VP/ CXO's
3.Should work with client MMU to grow BPS business in new logos
4.Closely work with Client Partners / BRMs of existing Client Healthcare Accounts and devise strategy to grow BPS business.
5.Should come with relevant Technology exposure in this domain with knowledge on transformation.
6.Should be able to create go to market strategy and ability to connect with customers, operationalize strategy, good communications skills etc.
