The Opportunity

The Sales Operations Operator role leverages Huron expertise and federal industry knowledge to drive growth and sales initiatives for the federal market team, and Growth Enablement-assigned projects and programs. This role will support the federal market by supporting Managing Directors (MDs) and the Federal Business Development Senior Director in prospecting and exploration strategies. This can include, but not limited to, coordinating custom content and client outreach, providing research and insights on markets and accounts, and managing campaigns or outreach. Reporting to the Sales Operations Lead, this position actively participates in team direction and market strategy, while coordinating with individuals across the federal market and Growth Enablement teams to instill consistency and best practices across teams.
