This position requires you to develop a deep understanding of DaaS customers and market ensuring internal and external readiness and connect key product and marketing priorities. You will partner closely with the product, segment sales and channel marketing teams to identify market opportunities, create and position strategic product offerings and assist in compelling GTM strategy. You will influence product direction and make an impact across HP as we embark on our next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to integrated GTM campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
  • Work with segment sales and marketing teams to define and participate in GTM strategies to scale pipeline growth, conversions, market leadership and awareness.
  • Review and provide feedback on training and marketing materials provided to support launch.
  • Provide feedback and input into product development process to ensure product aligns with positioning and messages.
  • Partner with marketing and update/leverage product marketing briefs when planning for external communications as part of a launch.
  • Partner with analytics to set up tests and provide reporting on adoption initiatives and testing outcomes.
  • Review and provide feedback on training and marketing materials provided to support launch.
  • Build dashboards and collaborate with Business Operations (BizOps) to measure and report on the impact of ongoing campaigns and one-off tests.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, collaborate with multiple business owners and external partners, and work well in a high-pressure environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners including product marketing, consumer marketing, media agencies and business development.
  • Champion GTM needs and concerns across teams to influence the product roadmap, policy decisions, and business strategy.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Experienced product leader who has successfully scaled growth in a product marketing function.
  • 5+ years of product marketing/product management experience.
  • Experienced product leader who has successfully scaled growth in a product marketing function.
  • Ability proof of working in close partnership and developing strong relationships marketing and product management teams.
  • Experience merchandizing product features leading to quick adoption and lasting usage.
  • Experience successfully working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong relationships built throughout the organization.
  • Smooth and coordinated product launch process across all regions with adaptations for local requirements, maximizing feature adoption and minimizing customer contact rates.
  • Excellent working relationship with product management, marketing, customer experience, and sales teams.
  • Measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
  • MBA preferred.

Optional Experience:

  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as AirWatch, MobileIron, Nexthink, Systrack, VMWare Workspace1, Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes and solutions such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Freshdesk, Ivanti, etc.
  • Experience with IoT technologies and use cases.
