Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate and manage facilities, logistics, instructors, schedules, and student communication for quarterly GTM Onboarding and Tech Onboarding programs.
Coordinate and manage numerous webinar-based training and update programs.
Measure program effectiveness via survey and certification results. Compile results into management-level presentations.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the DataStax organization.
Track ongoing field requests for new training programs and assets.
Track and report on completion of various learning paths, curricula and certification requirements.
Help coordinate various aspects of our annual Global Field Summit event with the highest levels of quality and attention to detail.
As a GTM Enablement Project Manager:
You support our Sales and Technical Enablement team across a wide variety of programs and initiatives. This role will help you grow content and training design, development and delivery skills.
You work closely with a wide variety of people across the DataStax organization to schedule and coordinate training programs that take place both ‘live’ and via webinar: Field Leaders, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations, and more.
You coordinate and manage logistics and schedules for many different types of events.
You coordinate and manage various communications programs.
You manage and maintain our GTM Content Gallery, which is the key website for our global field teams to find the assets and resources they need to successfully sell and service DataStax customers. You play a key role in ensuring our field has relevant, current resources that help them do their daily job roles.
You manage participant and course data within the learning management system (LMS) including assignment, scheduling, and reporting.
In short, you help deliver the right content at the right time via the right mechanism to ensure ongoing success for our global field teams!
2-3+ years of relevant internships or working experience in enablement, training, marketing, or event management role
Learns quickly and can handle a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves”
Self-disciplined: adheres to structured work plans and can anticipate team needs
Excellent organization skills: process oriented but always looking for ways to streamline and be more efficient where needed
Able to manage global training calendar and scheduling
Able to manage logistics associated with multiple, simultaneous training events
Able to manage the production and distribution of all training materials
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Able to create and maintain relationships with a wide variety of teams across DataStax
Able to navigate conversations with high-profile leaders
Actively seeks opportunities for self-development and implements coaching feedback
Experience working with Content Management Systems and/or Learning Management Systems
Experience working in Sales Enablement or Field Marketing organizations a plus
Must be a motivated self-starter
