Position Summary:
The GT Manager of integration Services is accountable for the overall strategy and delivery of our global, multi-technology, integration delivery development team. A successful candidate will own integrations development. Driving a progressive strategy, the leader will leverage deep knowledge and experience to transform the organization to leverage various development methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile methods and DevOps principles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Development Methodologies
- Define and enhance the integration strategy to leverage catalogs and reusability
- Lead the integration team in the development and standardization of agile best practices across cross-functional teams
- Design systems to ensure adherence to software development lifecycle standards & practices
- Contribute to and ensure proper utilization of defined ADM Enterprise Architecture standards and principles
- Ensure quality solutions are delivered and standards are maintained thru the life cycle
- Design development strategies to adherence to IT General Controls and SOX Controls
- Workforce Planning
- Manage and allocate resources, ensuring quality, achievement of development goals, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery across regional, global and off-shore teams
- Effectively staff teams based on business priorities
- Measurement and Reporting
- Development of metrics such as team burndown, development velocity, team utilization, reusability scorecards, and testing metrics to ensure quality delivery of applications development
- Analyze performance regularly, identify development improvements and implement strategies to achieve
- Create team standards for reporting work and achievement of project objectives
- Partnering
- Collaborate with Architects, Solution Teams, IT Security, and IT leadership to assure the delivery standards are being met
- Maintain partnership with 3rd party providers to drive efficiencies
- Provide feedback for development process improvement
- Talent Development
- Attract, retain, and develop global talent
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, mentor, and lead team to advance performance and career development
- Ensure teams are properly trained in required methodologies and processes
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree is required related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a large-scale, enterprise environment leading both Agile Scrum and Waterfall integration teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum, XP, Kanban and enterprise scaling methodologies like SAFe
- Practical experience working in an agile environment
- Understanding of development processes for ERPs (SAP)
- A solid understanding of Application development, testing, integration, and DevOps principles and practices
- A solid understanding of integrations patterns and integrations tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Analytics, Azure Integration tools among others
- A solid understanding of Infrastructure concepts like Compute, Storage, Networking, Disaster Recovery, Scalability, and High Availability
- A solid understanding of Application architecture patterns like n-tier, broker, event-bus, model-view-controller, and client-server
- A strong knowledge of information risk, fraud, security, PCI, PII, SOX & GDPR
- Experience dealing with multiple technology and system integration platforms including .NET Technologies, Relational database (Oracle and/or SQL Server), SOA, and Cloud Native Development
- Demonstrated success with cloud application architecture preferably Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to manage and shift priorities to meet project schedules
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence both executive business and IT leaders
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects
- Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently
- Strong analytical, organization, time management and process management skills
