The Growth Strategy & Analytics Manager is responsible for owning specific products or services enhancements from business planning to launch and contributing as a team member on larger projects. The Manager/Senior Manager works with key business stakeholders to define and convey business needs to other stakeholders in the organization including marketing, product, and practice operations, among others. This individual will manage complex projects, provide regular updates and hold stakeholders accountable to meeting agreed upon deadlines.

Primary Job Duties:

● Strong project management skills to shepherd a project from business planning to launch

● Work with a broad range of stakeholders (marketing, product, new product development, legal, finance, among others) to manage large complex projects

● Self-starter who can bring new service line to life

● Reviews sales, marketing, legal, financial and product deliverables as applicable to ensure they address the needs of the new product or service being brought to market

● Able to multi-task and handle multiple large, complex projects simultaneously

● Understand and identify market pressures & opportunities

● Understand and identify avenues to address current and prospective customers' needs and pain points

● Develops and evaluates new business opportunities/ideas/potential partnerships

● Professionally present on relevant health care topics

● Oversee staff on projects as needed

● Perform other duties as needed

● This person should be technically savvy (able to figure out how to obtain necessary data)

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor's and 5+ years of work experience is required; Master's degree is preferred (ex. MHA, MBA or MPH).

· Experience in audit, consulting, strategy, product marketing or a quantitative field is preferred

· Healthcare experience and proven passion is strongly preferred

· Experience with solution focused problem solving and thinking through problems creatively

· Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
