Growth Insights Lead
What You’ll Do:
You will lead strategy for artificial intelligence-powered sales in the Enterprise AI organization. In this role you will craft the vision and strategy for how AI transforms Cisco’s go-to-market, specifically our sales teams, partner channels, and e-commerce marketplaces. Your role will be primarily to define the team’s strategy and objectives in each domain and secondarily to execute in efficient solution engineering.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of the Enterprise AI organization within Cisco’s Data & Analytics Office. You’ll work with data scientists, product managers, sellers, operations leaders, and IT. You will work with both dozens of immediate teammates and several teams across Cisco. Together we’ll use AI to rebuild Cisco’s tools and processes to modernize our selling motions.

You’re a strategic visionary with your eyes set on transforming business processes. You’re grounded by your knowledge of AI and confident in your ability to harness the technology to change processes and minds. You can explain complex concepts to anyone and bring them along for the journey. You bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of go-to-market business models. You are a creative and persistent problem solver. You are equally comfortable among engineers or salespeople and work as a team player.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science.
· 2+ years in a strategic role emphasizing stakeholder management or consulting, preferably in the analytics or data science domains.
· Experience integrating AI solutions into business processes.
· Experience with the following go-to-market strategies: e-commerce, business-to-business sales, channels / partner strategy.
· Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytics to a non-technical audience.
· Exceptional writing and speaking skills. Strong ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
· At least BS/BA degree in an engineering, highly quantitative, or business degree
