Are you an operationally-focused, customer-obsessed professional looking to make a major impact on the operations of a growing healthcare IT SaaS company? This is a position where you are an important member of the Growth & Retention organization delivering client value and relationship management. We are looking for a strong technical associate to organize and manage key account activity. In this customer-facing support role, you will balance tactical workload, and present meaningful metrics as a demonstration of success to our existing account relationships. You will implement best practices, facilitate customer activity on our platform, provide training, and facilitate communication with technical support when necessary. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying potential areas of concern for customers before they arise. You will also influence the company's SaaS product roadmap and related functionality.

The Talent Acquisition Team at The MFA Companies® is seeking a full time Growth & Retention Associate to join our healthcare IT SaaS customer in Boston, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strong technical associate to organize and manage key account activity. In this customer-facing support role, you will balance tactical workload, and present meaningful metrics as a demonstration of success to our existing account relationships.
  • You will implement best practices, facilitate customer activity on our platform, provide training, and facilitate communication with technical support when necessary.
  • Responsible for identifying potential areas of concern for customers before they arise. You will also influence the company's SaaS product roadmap and related functionality.
  • A metrics-driven individual with a passion for ensuring a positive customer experience. You are technical and thrive in a rapidly evolving and scaling environment. We are looking for proven success in managing accounts and relationships. Experience in an operations focused role with client facing experience is a plus.


Skills and Experience

  • College degree
  • 3+ years in operational relationship management experience. Preferably in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sales.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Have passion for customer success and driving customer intimacy in a support role
  • Experience working with technical support, product managers, and engineering/developers to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Technologically proficient and organized with strong attention to detail
  • Local candidates strongly preferred

Salary

$80K - $100K
$80K - $100K base, Base 80-100k + Commission bonus
