Provides interim executive leadership for technology acquisitions, affiliations, and partnerships as they are integrated into the enterprise technology strategy. Serves as a leader directly over the engineering and development resources supporting the incubation of new technology platforms as they matured. Plans the integration of "incubated" technologies once they move to a level of maturity that will support integration in the broader enterprise technology teams.

This role will act as a central point of engagement for business partners into PSJH Information Services. Partners with executive leadership across PSJH Information Services to execute a portfolio of projects supporting business partners' road maps, establish governance processes in support of road maps, and outlines how business partner's strategic road maps can be accomplished on enterprise platforms. Identifies and develops custom solutions, in alignment with PSJH IS strategy, to address gaps & opportunities between enterprise IS strategy and business partners strategic roadmap.

Develop and/or accelerate "go to market" solutions within the functional span of Education, Digital Marketing, Population Health & Health Plans, Genomics Research and Development, and Technology Acquisition that can support revenue diversification. Partner with the Community Technologies team to market and deliver these services.

This role will serve as the executive leader for a team of senior leaders, analysts, engineers, project managers, and other roles required to support execution of strategic road maps. The Group Vice President Strategic Technology Enablement will directly manage a capital and operating budget as well as other resources required to deliver on strategic road maps.

In this position you will:

  • Collaboratively partner with senior executive leadership across the functional areas of Education, Digital Marketing, Population Health & Health Plans, and Genomic Research & Development to map core functional strategies for these business segments and identify how technology will enable and support business partner's strategic imperatives.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for technology enablement utilizing both existing enterprise technology platforms as well as developing & implementing new tools to support strategic roadmaps.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree Technology, Management, Healthcare, or related field. Or equivalent education/experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree Technology, Management, Healthcare, or related field.
  • More than 10 years senior technology leadership experience (much of this experience should be focused on partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic technology plans / roadmaps).
  • More than 10 years leading a team to support the execution and creation of strategic plans / roadmaps. Experience incubating new technologies preferred.
  • 5 years of experience working in a role tied to clinical / medical operations or service delivery that provides understanding of clinical workflows and operations.
