Job Description

The Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Leader is responsible and accountable for establishing a purchasing solution for RSM that will add value to RSM and RSM Alliance members within the first year and will achieve full scale within 5 to 7 years.

This new program will be powered by a network of suppliers designed to meet the needs of RSM and/or Alliance Members, providing significant cost savings and greater access to quality services and products by targeting over $300 million in annual spending.

Essential Duties:

  • Establish and facilitate an Alliance Member Advisory Council that will both advise RSM on the solutions to include, and help drive Alliance Member adoption
  • Inspire excitement across the member base for the GPO, and convert that excitement into use of the GPO
  • Capture Alliance Member feedback on the GPO and find ways to continuously improve its offerings and operations
