Job Description

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to take us to the next level. You will lead the core tax team and a team of four product managers across web and mobile. These efforts are central to the future of TurboTax, and you will be leading very large cross-functional efforts. We need someone who has experience architecting and evolving complex systems, while having the user experience chops to help us innovate.

What you'll bring

10+ years of experience working on consumer products that reach over 10M MAUs
2+ years of experience managing a team of product managers
Effectively leads the development of product strategies and executive presentations
Highly proficient with experimentation and launch of major features
Great eye for design and ability to facilitate the creative process
Deep technical knowledge as it related to data architecture and machine learning
Strong interest in working on financial and tax products

How you will lead

Continue evolving our strategy and definition for how we will reinvent TurboTax
Facilitate the generation of innovative ideas backed by quant and qual insights
Manage a stellar team of product managers and deliver on tax season goals
Drive product planning and roadmapping across teams and business units
Lead product reviews with the senior leadership team on progress & results
Influence architecture decisions, user experience reviews, and KPI meetings.
