Job Description
The Senior Director – Human Insights will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management for the development and execution of all marketing research, analysis and knowledge and insight strategies, programs, initiatives and actions in support of the Sparkling Category. This includes Global Category Strategy development, opportunity identification, charter activation and innovation strategy as well asthe provision of frameworks and guidance to BU’s. This role drives Growth Strategy implementation including disciplines and capabilities, working with category leadership team to ensure that market’s sparkling strategies reflect overall Growth priorities. Supporting concept and product innovation and development for all key categories and brands – including Colas, Flavors, Low/No Sugar and new varieties/brands, etc

Manages budgets and achieves proposed efficiency targets across OPEX, CAPEX and
Leading all custom research, syndicated research, pre-search and trends planning, execution and application – specifically the integration and conversion of results into strategic insights and the translation of those insights into category. Brand, customer or new business opportunities.
Supports sparkling brands business planning and execution process. Providing insight and analysis support covering areas of value proposition development, communication development, brand equity and performance tracking, innovation and consumer segmentation.
Promotes greater portfolio diversification, management and integration across categories making Sparkling a source of additional growth and overall accelerator of TCCC business.
Proactively applies our People Management and Development routines throughout the year to develop team and improve skills set via cross-training and knowledge sharing across BUs and Atlanta.
