Position Summary W2O is a rapidly growing data-driven marketing and communications firm with a focus in the healthcare vertical. Data and insights are at the heart of everything we do. How we support healthcare brands through activation across digital channels as part of an integrated plan leveraging the data and insights we glean through our Analytics function is a clear differentiator for W2O. We’re seeking a strategic account leader to support our growing firm with digital experience working with biopharma prescription brands across healthcare professional and patient audiences. Senior Leader to the client(s) you’re assigned – you are the client’s advocate within W2O and possess a thorough understanding of the client’s business, their brand strategy and challenges and the development of the digital experience plan for the client. You are the day-to-day lead who effectively drives the relationship and the team.
Provides digital activation solutions to solve business challenges – you will be responsible for leveraging appropriate W2O digital activation capabilities to drive value for the client and revenue for the agency.
Always-On Learning & Innovation – you will be working with analytics, activation and technology experts to test and learn new technologies and concepts to drive innovation for the agency, our industry and results for clients.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary client contact driving the relationship, process and deliverables ensuring client needs are met and the relationship is healthy
In partnership with the strategy team, support W2O’s experience and digital planning for client engagements with biopharma products and devices including small startup biotechs and large, established pharmaceutical brands
Partner with strategy, activation, analytics and creative team members to deliver strategic thinking and planning reflected in the digital activation programs produced by the firm
Help the extended team to translate client needs and challenges into digital solutions
KnowledgeRegulations and processes associated with digital promotional materials for prescription products in the US
Understanding of process for developing digital assets such as websites, CRM programs plus digital and social ads
An understanding of paid media including search, social, display and online video advertising
Knowledge of paid and web analytics that demonstrate the performance of digital marketing initiatives
An understanding of marketing technologies such as CRM, Marketing Automation Tools and web analytics
Critical SkillsHigh collaboration IQ internally with creative, strategy, paid media and analytics partners
High client EQ -- understanding how to make your case through a compelling and consultative approach adapted to the style of the client
Storytelling and understanding the art of presenting to clients
Ability to think and advise clients as more than a digital guru but as a business leader
Experience7+ years of account service in healthcare industry
Crafting statements of work to support full year tactical plans developed in partnership with project management
Managing a multi-disciplinary team that oversees multi-channel campaigns focused primarily on digital, paid and social marketing
Managing and mentoring account service team members to support the business.
