POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Group Copy Supervisor (GCS), you will manage a sizable amount of business that may include multiple Brands and Copywriters. While remaining hands-on, you will be responsible for ideating on new campaigns and innovative tactics, overseeing creative execution, and managing budgets and projecttimelines. You should be able to efficiently delegate and trouble-shoot to find strategic solutions to project and brand challenges. You will contributes high-level content and ideas but should also be able and willing to execute day-to-day tasks as needed. You will partner closely with account, copy, digital, and strategy team members to present integrated creative solutions that ensure the integrity of the creative work is maintained. Lastly, you should begin to be seen by team members as a champion of the creative and provide significant support to the ACD/CD.
