On any given day you might

  • Develop and execute an engagement strategy in collaboration with the global team and global discipline leads
  • Take accountability for growing  client business, client satisfaction, and team retention
  • Act as the R/GA lead on cross-agency collaboration and contribute to the overall planning process
  • Distribute multi-office briefs and lead team work sessions
  • Serve as a new business resource and actively pursue new revenue sources
  • Train Account Supervisors and Account Managers
  • Participate in the strategic development of new business

The ideal person

  • Excellent public speaking skills and presentation experience
  • Has demonstrated experience running large engagements with Fortune 500 clients
  • Loves to negotiate and has proven contract negotiation skills
  • Can foster strong, cohesive working interdisciplinary teams of more than 15 people
  • Has a long history of forging strong relationships with clients
  • Has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar accounts
