Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
At least seven 7 years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Client Relationship Management/Client Services, or a related field and/or previous management position in Advertising, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience successfully leading, recruiting, retaining and managing teams.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Master’s degree in related field.
Previous experience working in an agency or resort setting.
