Position responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop C++ Architecture model to support Architecture Exploration and predict performance for next generation Graphics
  • Collaborate with Graphics Architects and Design & Verification Team to coordinate, participate in, new feature modeling
  • Innovate on new algorithms for optimum performance and minimal area and power through High-Level Modeling (C / C++)
  • Conduct competitive analysis of performance for state-of-the-art Graphics and Compute workloads
  • Correlation and tune model with pre- and post- silicon design


  • MS Degree: Education track for Electrical or Computer Engineering w/ focus on Computer/Graphics Architecture
  • Must be proficient in C / C++ (Verilog/VHDL, and/or System Verilog is a plus)
  • Strong 3D Math Skills
  • Must have good English hearing, speaking, reading and writing capabilities
  • Must have good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with 3D pipeline and industry graphics standards (DX/OGL/OCL) is a plus
  • Good understanding of ASIC implementation methods is required to optimize for Performance, Power, Area (PPA)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and good coding skills are required
  • Proficient in scripting languages as a tool for analysis (Python preferred)
