Grants Director Summary:

This role within Sales is US geoflexible/remote. The Grants team is critical to the commercial success of Pear and its first three products, reSET, reSET-O and Somryst. The Director is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, in this case revenue production via grants/cash pay/bulk purchases and the development and performance of all grant-related sales activities nationally. The focus is on building, training, coaching and maintaining team collaboration by setting vision and strategy specific to the aforementioned revenue generation responsibilities, developing strong product advocates among key stakeholders, anticipating and uncovering business trends and needs within priority states and ensuring their teams remain in compliance with all laws and regulations. Grants Director

The successful candidate will have achieved these:

• 10+ years of successful previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales or grants experience with 5+ years of documented success in a supervisory role
• Exceed objectives with a track record of consistent performance within top 15% of the organization
• Achieving results through others: role model, coach and lead the team
• Develop and execute a business plan that integrates appropriate cross-functional organizational capabilities that align with national and regional strategy
• Conduct presentations to C-Level Executives and communicate the Pear Value Proposition
• Identifying and pursuing grant/cash pay opportunities of significance
• Capturing, reporting and tracking opportunities
• Building network and relationships with public and private organizations
• Catalog experiences/best practices to create and refine playbook
• Up to 50% travel requirements post COVID
• Graduate degree preferred; undergraduate degree required
