Contract Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contract administrators assigned to Public Institutions
  • Manage / perform all administrative actions required for several GSA Schedule contracts (mods, option exercises, re-pricing, including sweeps of JLL Americas)
  • Monitor pricing of reference customer contracts for compliance with Price Adjustments Clause of GSA Schedule contracts.
  • Proactively seek to establish Public Institutions on all relevant schedules (e.g., GSA, DoD, state and local schedules)
  • Review all proposals, including reps and certs for compliance prior to submission
  • Review contracts for compliance after award
  • Ensure PI proposal meet RFP requirements including correct insurance requirements
  • Manages scores and feedback received from government entities (e.g., CPARS)
  • Must be able to read and understand contractlanguage and nuances around government cost accounting
  • Partner with PI Cost Accounting Manager
  • Proactively identifies and develops operational efficiencies in the maintenance and administration of the Central Contract File System and Central Contract Database.
  • Manage transition plans for local and regional contracts.
  • Ensure compliance to contracting policies and procedures per JLL Policies.
  • Input and maintain completed contracts / Certificates of Insurance in  management system.
  • Update data as required.
  • Work with JLL Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions are formally reviewed and approved by legal / risk management.
  • Administer and maintain contract files to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and client Sourcing requirements, administration of supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents.
  • Provide contract advice, interpretation and implementation.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) status and National Contract Management Association (NCMA) membership are advantageous.
  • 5 years of applicable government contract management experience.
  • Experience with managing GSA Schedule contracts
  • Familiarity with government contracts and .
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business practices, commercial contracting regulations and principles, and subcontracting practices.
  • Experience advising and interacting with all levels of management.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
