PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global VP for Sales Compensation is responsible for shaping and executing the Compensation Model for the quota carrying Sales Roles as part of the Global Business Operations Function in the Customer Success Board area. This role is the people manager for a global team of eight and works closely with related Finance, HR, Sales Operations and IT Functions and has direct access to the global and regional Customer Success Executive Leadership team.
