Job Description

Sourcing Manager will Develop, analyze, negotiate a variety of energy infrastructure and rate scenarios to optimize Intel supply/operations. Identify, qualify and contract strategically, new greener energy technology applications for Intel sites. Ability to challenge, with alternative solutions, utility supply paradigms, structures and rules.
They will identify and create Electric/NG supply options in a regulated and deregulated environment. Must have the ability to influence internal/external key stakeholders including utilities, NGO or gov't regulators at Sr. levels in the industry.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical area with experiencesupporting the utility business.
  • 5 yrs. minimum experience in utility supply business as either customer, supplier or regulatory representative. Electricity experiencerequired.
  • 5 yrs. minimum experience in electric rate mechanisms and basic understanding of supply infrastructure requirements.
  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Natural Gas or Water utilities

  • Network in the utility industry pre-established is beneficial
