We are hiring a Global Transcatheter Mitral Valve Replacement (TMVR) Sr Product Manager who will be an important member of our fast-paced, high-visibility marketing team leading launch and downstream activities for the TMVR therapy.  This exciting new role will lead the global product launch and all downstream commercial aspects for one of our newest therapies, TransCatheter Mitral Valve (TMVR) Replacement.  You will lead the global cross functional launch team and be the product champion for the therapy developing and executing marketing programs to maximize business objectives and ensure safe growth of this exciting new therapy.  
A Day in the Life
Lead the global launch plan for TMVR platform:  •Lead cross-functional team for major product to meet business and revenue goals ensuring safe growth for this new therapy•Fulfill all marketing requirements for Product Launch Process on time and with high quality.  •Lead or support cross-functional launch teams to bring TMVR to markets across the globe, including but not limited to launches in Europe, US, Japan, MEACAT, ANZ, LATAM, SEA, etc. •Partner with all relevant groups including Therapy Development, Medical Education, and Clinical Affairs to ensure all aspects of the product launch plan are executed to plan and enable a seamless integration of TMVR into the wider Medtronic commercial infrastructure as appropriate. •Partner with clinical and regulatory team to prioritize claims strategy, support regulatory submissions, and commercialization objectives. •Develop a comprehensive launch dashboard to measure launch progress against goals. 
Lead the global marketing downstream activities for TMVR: 
•Act as product champion for TMVR, owning market positioning, messaging, branding, and promotional communication in alignment with broader TMVR  marketing and other structural heart initiatives.  •Become a product expert on procedure, product, therapy and competition. Represent therapy internally, at events and with customers. •Support TMVR product management activity (forecasting, quality etc) •Define, align, and oversee execution of Global TMVR marketing programs, initiatives and promotional tools focused on annual business goals•Lead global execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with regional marketing teams•Partner with geographies on account targeting and revenue planning in alignment with TMVR business and revenue objectives.•Influence upstream and business development teams on voice of customer needs for TMVR product and procedure Must Have: 
•Bachelor’s Degree•7+ years’ experience in a marketing, sales or technical experience (5 years with Masters) •Product Launch and Project Management experience

•MBA•Medical device, pharmaceutical, health care or experience•Previous commercial launch experience•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams•Ability and desire to work in an extremely entrepreneurial environment with moderate supervision•Demonstrated capability to develop a strategic plan of action
