The Global Sourcing Manager role is a key part of our creative agencies team that partners closely with marketing procurement leads across the world to support our business priorities in each market. This role provides the connective tissue that enables us to manage our creative agency relationships.  Examples of initiatives include:

  • Enabling growth-driving creative
  • ROI improvement metrics
  • Digital media platform best practices
  • 360? agency relationship management
  •  Agency compensation (beyond hourly rates)
  • Social media / social listening
  • Content & digital asset management  

 The Global Sourcing Manager also identifies opportunities to leverage leading edge practices in digital and data for the benefit of these objectives and supports the evaluation and execution of those opportunities. The Global Sourcing Manager works in ongoing collaboration with Regional Sourcing Managers and stakeholders globally to ensure that global procurement strategies are informed by & beneficial to market-level business needs. The Global Sourcing Manager may also support:

  • Marketing agency strategy (including new model development & measurement) with a focus on digital production models while prioritizing a commitment to creative excellence & best practices
  • Building connectivity across digital & data spend areas including Global Creative and Media leadership, Marketing Services, IT, & Insights covering use cases for social media, market research, media/communications, Product Information Management System and Digital Asset Management System
  • Digital Asset Management implementation, including content governance and agency workflow
  • Procurement data strategy, partnering with IS & MBS (Marketing Services) procurement

 


 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strategic Sourcing and Negotiation
  • Project Management and Communication
  • Extensive knowledge of Spend Area at hand
  • Relationship Management
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Procurement, preferably Marketing Procurement
  • Fluent spoken / written English

Preferred

  • Master's or MBA, Procurement Professional Qualification
  • People and Change Management
  • Knowledge of CPG Marketing
  • Other Languages
