A Day in the Life

  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic launches of new products, effective product placement, market share maintenance, accurate forecasting, and overall revenue targets within the market.
  • Obtains market intelligence for pricing analysis, product positioning, messaging and segmentation.
  • Develop and execute strategic product launch plans and set 3-5 year growth targets
  • Develop and execute product marketing plans required to continue to build and protect the business, and support product and program launches
  • Participate in cross functional teams to ensure collaboration, alignment and full integration of all disciplines required to support successful plan execution and achievement of results
  • Foster positive relationships with key opinion leaders, industry luminaries, and other partners to support therapy acceptance, therapy expansion, and safe and effective use of Medtronic neurovascular products.
  • Travel up to 40%

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years with a Mastersdegree
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in medical device is required

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree/MBA in Business, Marketing or related strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to work in, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and successfully executing marketing plans
