Our client is seeking a Global Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing global sales, tactical operations and achievement of the bookings plan for all the regions. He/she will oversee the Regional Sales Managers and independent Sales Agents located throughout the country.

The Global Sales Manager will also be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with their distributors overseas.

Direct Reports – (2) Domestic Regional Sales Managers

Position Description:

  • Achievement of the annual booking plan on a quarterly basis
  • Development and execution of a strategic regional growth plan
  • Management and support of the regions channel partners
  • Management and support of the regions strategic accounts
  • Maintaining a real time sales forecast per the requirements of the company
  • Development and maintenance of the sale funnel
  • Development and quotation of application solutions for our customers
  • Domestic & International travel: 60% plus

Essential Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant field capital equipment selling experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant capital equipment sales management experience
  • Direct knowledge of electronic assembly manufacturing base, including OEM accounts is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written documentation skills
  • Demonstrated history of successful sales management and quota achievement

Non-Essential Requirements:

  • Prior experience in International Markets a big plus
  • Surface mount assembly process knowledge is a big plus
  • Working understanding of Rework and Inspectiontechnologies is a big plus

**Partial relocation will be provided for the right candidate

Compensation: Base Salary $110-150K + commission
