The Global Sales Compensation Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sales Compensation organization through data analytics, project management, process improvement and automation, as well as policy standardization, furthering team efficiency and impact.
Across the company, Veritas has approximately 35 core sales functions covering nearly 3,000 sales employees relying on sales compensation process, policy and support that covers direct, partner, renewal, services organizations. This role is to support the yearly refresh of all plans, programs, or other sales compensation practices to allow the sales teams to focus on customers, not back-office.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned, results-oriented operations professional who possesses a broad understanding of sales, sales management and technical services, and how they operate with compensation models. This individual is innovative, strategic and highly analytical, problem-solving and solution-oriented. He or she has a successful track record of managing transformational change and an ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. The candidate will have strong partnering, organization, communication, analytical and leadership skills.
