This position will be responsible for helping to drive the penetration and usage of Invisalign clear aligners as part of a holistic offering within the General Practitioner (GP) Channel. Specifically, the individual will help create and execute GP strategy and program(s) that strengthen our product utilization while redefining and delivering our value proposition.
This person must be customer-centric and a self-starter with proven ability to execute and work independently. She/he must work effectively cross-functionally, leading collaborative efforts with sales, clinical education, legal, and outside agencies. Excellent project management skills. Role includes all aspects of marketing such as positioning, messaging, creative development, sales force partnership & enablement, pricing and promotions, trade shows, and key opinion leader programs.
In this role, you will…
Work in consultation marketing leadership, to improve the appeal, value, ease of use, and overall competitiveness of the Invisalign GP Product Portfolio
Translate customer/market needs into a compelling product vision and market-leading product solutions/lineup
Serve as Voice-of-Customer to provide feedback and requirements to both product and commercial teams that support the development of products, features, services, and programs with compelling value propositions to drive adoption and brand equity by doctors, consumers and other stakeholders
Understand customer mindset and barriers to adoption & utilization, and develop and drive successful marketing programs that ladder to business objectives and drive business plan
Collaborate closely with regional and consumer teams to ensure regional needs are met. Lead commercialization in collaboration with Regional Marketing
Assess in-market performance through product analytics and doctor feedback; make recommendations for enhancements
Serve a primary role in marketing support for GP-specific sales training and selling structure
Manage a range of projects that support our strategic and tactical efforts, including market research, development of customer-facing marketing collateral (brochures, emails, web pages, trade advertising, etc.), and creation of new reports to analyze progress in building the business
Support cross-functional teams in creating and executing tactical plans that support our business strategies, including post-launch support
Ensure commercialization of products, promos, and programs are on-time and within budget
Track overall business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends
Connect with sales and synthesize feedback to into actionable tasks that move key initiatives forward.
Work with regional teams and sales development to build effective training to the sales force
Cultivate strong relationships across Align business groups as well as external stakeholders and customers to understand and connect capabilities—in order to extend solutions and enhance value delivered
In this role, you’ll need …

4-6 years of global marketing experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA education preferred.
