What will you be doing?
This position will utilize Lean Project Management skills to build on WWT's continuous improvement transformation and accelerate the implementation of key business strategies, processes and governance through data collection, analysis and KPIs. Work closely with key leadership across all functional groups within WWT to develop and continuously improve processes while building a culture of efficiency in our business. Support our customers and employees by strengthening the quality of our products and services, improving customer satisfaction, and improving efficiency, productivity and profits. This position reports to the Quality Department under the Business Process Management Team.
