The Global Manager, Marketing Capabilities will spearhead the implementation of the Growth Excellence Program within our global headquarters, and its adoption across our 6 geographic zones around the world. The individual in this role will provide key strategic support to all cross-functional areas within marketing, helping to identify & codify new skills, processes, and ways of working. The Global Manager will lead a cross-functional team of internal and external partners in the development and maintenance of the AB InBev approach to brand building, execution, and the training of our teams around the world. The individual will bring this approach to life across our diverse portfolio of brands and markets.
We are looking for an individual who has a strong track record of strategic thinking and also a bias for action, with an ability to drive change management through large-scale, global, complex organizations.
