GLOBAL IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

Commercial Banking International Implementation Manager will be responsible for the implementation of Global Cash Management and Treasury products in countries where we do business. This includes the completion of country specific account opening processes including, customer agreements and documents needed by Commercial Banking clients. The candidate will work closely with the Commercial Banking Cash Management Treasury Sales Team and Implementation Teams in International Markets. The individual must maintain a high level of professionalism, articulate business requirements and be accountable for a successful and on time implementation. The candidate will work with service partners throughout Citi’s domestic and international footprint. This position will require both team work and independent interaction with assigned clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving implementation-related issues across International borders in a responsible and timely manner. A strong background in all Cash Management Products is a requirement.
Ensures that implementation remains aligned with client expectations, providing updates as necessary
Executes project plans, coordinates and streamlines account opening process and Treasury products for clients
Act as the main implementation liaison between the US Commercial Banking and Commercial Banking International Markets
Develop and maintain strong implementation relationships with Citi colleagues around the Globe
10 years’ experience working in International implementation management in the Financial Services Industry
10+ years demonstrated experience in project management
Knowledge of deposit, cash management & treasury products
Results driven, client focused, self starter
Effective communication and influencing skills
Knowledge of International languages i.e. Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
Team player who thrives in a global collaborative work environment
Strong technical skills (capability in understanding and reading different file formats and specifications)
