The Senior Analyst will work with a network of HR and Finance contacts across the sectors to produce the headcount report, and with a strategic partner to prepare the quarterly operations scorecard. Additionally the Senior Analyst will support other team members at times with ad hoc HR data requests and periodic HR reports for senior management.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Transform raw data into polished reports that provide senior leaders with insight to PepsiCo’s workforce and HR operations
  • Provide support to colleagues with questions about published reports and analysis
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for headcount reporting and data as well as metrics that summarize activities of the HR Operations team
  • Disseminate information about PepsiCo’s workforce size and composition to HR and Finance teams

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience required
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in a global corporation in HR or a related field
  • Knowledge of enterprise HRMS systems and statistical data programs including R
  • Expertise in data analysis and relationships
  • Strong IT system skills
  • Success effectively communicating with different constituencies and stakeholders via multiple channels (e.g., presentations, conference calls, email)
  • Good project management skills and experience
  • Ability to lead small teams and interact with vendors
  • Experience designing and producing reports that satisfy complex requirements
  • Effective problem-solving skills; proactive approach to identify risks and propose solutions
  • High degree of initiative and attention to detail with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Ability to manage concurrent assignments/projects and identify priorities
