Your Mission
The role of Global Head of Accenture Alliance is responsible for developing and expanding our business GSI business with Accenture. For this position, we are looking for a candidate with a strong go-to-market background with significant partnering experience with GSI and advisory firms, across direct, alliance and indirect channels. The ideal candidate will have proven alliance management skills that can result in strategic outcomes for establishing UiPath as Accenture’s preferred automation platform.
1. Global Alliance Strategy and Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and execute joint business plan and global strategy with Accenture to secure top UiPath market share position (preference for UiPath based services revenue)
- Manage and grow executive relationships with formalized relationship mapping strategy and coverage to drive deeper executive relationships across key services lines for stronger champions on UiPath
- Manage regular business reviews between UiPath and Accenture executive reviews for joint goals and objectives/ KPIs
2. GTM Strategy for ARR Growth:
- develop and execute joint GTM for sell-through and sell-with Accenture to meet/exceed incremental and partner sourced ARR goals
- Identify the key Accenture businesses that will drive UiPath license growth, verticals to focus our partnership and develop differentiated solutions/offerings to take to market together
- Partner closely with the Key Accounts GAMs and Partner Sales teams to engage Accenture to drive joint sales opportunities, pipeline generation and deal closure, resulting in account growth and new logos on UiPath
3. Practice Development:
- Build UiPath Services Capacity & Capability within Accenture
- Build joint Industry & Domain Solutions with Accenture’s top verticals
- Drive creation of success stories with Accenture joint wins on UiPath
- Educate key client leads at Accenture to be conversant and sell the Fully Automated Enterprise vision (HAPO/AREP)
- Be a voice to the partner and from the partner to influence product readiness and program development efforts globally
