Our client is a very high growth software organization. One of the most innovative in its market segment (within marketing oriented software solutions) and has earned numerous awards related to product excellence, corporate growth and culture.

Seeking multiple top notch global / large enterprise sales executives to help position and grow its presence within this fast growing market segment (targeting and winning business among the largest, Consumer Product / Household Name Brand manufacturers in the world). Locations are flexible, as long as near a major airport and relative proximity to the ideal target type accounts. Examples of viable cities in the Midwest - Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Detroit, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Kansas City, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales (especially SaaS), with an excellent track record of surpassing quotas over 1-2m+ / yr.
  • Ability to target and navigate very large, complex organizations (ideally major "Brand" Manufacturers, with multiple business units (divisions, product lines, subsidiaries), and with multiple high level decision-makers within the organization (CMO, VPs, Directors).
  • Marketing focused and oriented application software experience a major plus (i.e. Campaign management / Marketing Automation, Customer Experience (Cx), Product Information Management (PIM), E-Commerce, Content Management, Product Experience, Customer Analytics, CRM, etc.).
  • Professional Sales training and adherence to a repeatable sales process. Proficiency with sales management software / CRM. Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology a plus.

Additional details:

  • This is a Fulltime, virtual role. Candidates must be ambitious, self-directed and motivated to succeed at the highest levels.
  • Requires travel (25-50%+). Accounts (and business units within) likely to be geographically dispersed.
  • Competitive Base plus aggressive commission structure.

Salary

$260K - $280K
