Primary Purpose of the Position:
Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking for a new leader to join us and help us improve our Global capalities As the owner for the Customer to Cash proces, you will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and improving the Customer to Cash (C2C)process to ensure process performance is in line with service level expectations. You will also serve as the primary liaison between corporate, regional and local personnel in the C2C processes and their customers with regard to process performance and improvement activities. As the owner of this process you will drive improvements to raise the performance of the company's processes by utilizing lean process management, continuous improvement and KPI-based performance management.
